Dear Parents/Carers

As you will be aware the Government has confirmed that all schools in England will close today (Friday 20^th March) until further notice. Ingram Road will close at 3.15pm today.

 

As of Monday 23^rd March Ingram Road Primary School, along with many other schools, will provide reduced provision (childcare) which will be open to certain pupils. There will not be a formal education programme in place and the school will operate with reduced staffing.

 

Please can you let us know by 1pm today if you would like your child to attend from Monday so that we can consider all requests.

 

Consideration will be given to children:

• whose parents are ‘key workers’, (click to see if you are a key worker)
• those who are in receipt of Free School Meals (if you receive certain benefits)
• who have a social worker
• who have an EHCP (Education and Health Care Plan)
• those whose parents have requested support

 

We will aim to confirm places by the end of today. You can only attend if you have been offered a place.

 

Self Isolation

 

If you have notified school that your family is Self-Isolating you will be expected to continue isolating until the end of your isolation period, which we have recorded on the school system. If at the end of your isolation period, you would like to be considered for place for your child you must get in touch with school first and wait for confirmation of your place before you send your child to school.
