Nominations for School Councillors were in last week, with each of the candidates promoting their own Manifesto to their classmates! We learnt about British democracy and voting and a little bit about the current political situation in the UK, along with what it's like to be an MP with a visit from Leeds Labour MP Mr Hilary Benn.
