Lineham Farm visit
As always the children in year 5 enjoyed 5 days of fun filled adventure at Lineham Farm back in March. Cycling, climbing and even getting wet was all part of the fun and giving some of our children their first experience of being away from home. Year after year I am amazed at how well the children adapt to the various activities with all of them having a go at something new.
All of the children came back very tired but very happy and so much more independent and confident. I’m sure next years’ year 5 group are looking forward to it already!
Have a look at Leo, Muhammed and Lloyd’s fantastic powerpoint on the Aztecs. They completed all the research themselves and wanted to share their work on our school website.
We worked hard in our Key Phase to produce some wonderful pieces of descriptive writing based around our topic of WW1.
Waiiven, Haider and Phillip wanted to share their powerpoint on “Danger in space” that they created as part of our enquiry based learning. Well done boys!
