Dear Parents/Carers

 

With effect from today (6^th June), we are requesting that parents collect their children from their classroom door at the end of the school day at 3.15pm. This is of course with exception of:

• children who are attending After School Activities - they should be collected from the playground gate (as normal) at 4.15pm.

• children in year 6 who have permission to walk home alone.

An individual text message has been sent to parents to remind them which class(es) their child(ren) are in.  Please follow the signs in the playground to your child's classroom door. Children will be kept in their classroom until they are collected by their parent or other nominated adult.

As always, people who collect your child:

• MUST be on the child's record at the school office

• MUST be an adult over 18. 

May I remind all parents, that the teacher will call your child’s name when you arrive at their door.

Please be respectful of other parents and our staff. Abusive or aggressive behaviour will NOT be tolerated and will be reported to the police.

Please leave the school playground as soon as you have collected your child/children.

The school gates will be locked promptly at 3.30pm to allow after school activities to commence.

Should you have any questions or concerns please speak to a member of staff on the school gate or telephone the school office.
